Terms of Service
PAYMENT
-Half of the payment will be paid upfront,
and the rest will be paid upon the approval of the base color.-All prices are in Dollars-All prices listed are for personal use only-Payments are made through Paypal
HOW TO ORDER
-By commissioning me, you have to read and accepted my Terms of Service-DM from (Facebook, Artstation, Deviantart)-I will send the initial sketch. I will accept major revision(s) at this stage-After the initial sketch has been confirmed, I will begin finalizing the commission piece-Final pieces will be sent through e-mail.
REVISIONS
-Up to three major revisions can be made during the sketch phase of the commission.
Only minor adjustments within reason can be made afterward.-Any more changes exceeding the limit stated above will be subject to a fee-Changes will only be made at the sketch stage. Color corrections will be made at the color stage.
PROCESS
-Please provide at least 1 reference. (OC designs, collages, text form, and photos are acceptable)-Your commission will be posted publicly, (e.g. WIPs on facebook, Deviantart and Artstation),
if you want it to be private, let me know first.-Completion time may vary – if there is a deadline let me know.-I don't Accept rush work-Eta: 4 - 8 weeks, starting from when the payment has been done by the commissioner
WARNING ON NSFW
-If you request an NSFW commission, you must do so at your own risk and with the understanding that you must be of legal age.
Selling NSFW commissions is not illegal, but selling it to minors is,
and I am not responsible if you lie about your age and get involved in controversy over it.
RIGHTS OF REFUSAL
-It is the intent of this contract that the Artist create an artwork(s) for the Collector that the Collector will purchase.
However, if, after the work is completed, the Collector does not wish to purchase the artwork, the Collector may refuse.
In that case, the Artist will retain the refused artwork and the nonrefundable deposit, free of any claims or interest of the Collector
and the Collector will owe no additional fees to the Artist.
COPYRIGHT
-Artist reserves the common-law copyright to all works commissioned by the Collector that are created by the Artist,
including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright.
No work may be reproduced by Collector without the prior written approval of the Artist.
